Samhain looked to the various lights in the distant. Each if the lights were from the torches in the hands of an angry mob. People of the villiage north of Cork had heard that, their resident, Samhain  was a warlock. Many farmers gathered to destroy their "threat." Samhain, in fear of his life, jumped on his horse and fled from the village. By doing this, he saved the rest of the Tomshan families lives.

Upon arriving on Ireland's southern shoreline, Samhain boarded a ship with no idea of it's arrival destination. He arrived at a small shipyard, barely equiped for a handful of ships. Being new to this land, he began to investigate. When searching for food, he treaded upon an orchard with lavishly lush fruits and nuts. Suddenly, the owner of the orchard confronted his intruder. It was to be discovered, he was Alucard Crane, his older sister, Willow's husband. Alucard explained that he was in the plentiful and justly Earldom of Broknarra within the realm of Apokrypha.
