As a middle ranking Samurai in service to one Lord known as Kobayakawa Hideaki,   I served with out question until the fateful day of October 21st, 1600, when though we were allied with Lord Ishida Mitsunari's forces we turned on them  flanking several of  his generals.. giving the victory of Sekigahara to Tokugawa Ieyasu. I did as commanded that day,   even  tracking down and exterminating the fleeing survivors of the western armies.    Later in protest to my lord i commited Kanshi.  

A final act of disapproval for his choices...   When i awoke, my wound was gone and i was a stranger in a strange land.
